Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger and combat cheat strategy led by Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger. The primary plan accelerates the commander onto the battlefield on Turn 3 or 4, grants her immediate haste via cheap enablers like Bloodlust Inciter or Clout of the Dominus, and attacks an open opponent. Her combat damage trigger exiles the top two cards of the library and casts noncreature spells without paying their mana costs. The list leverages topdeck manipulation spells such as Brainstorm and Brainsurge to place game-ending bombs on top of the library, including Omniscience, Aminatou's Augury, One with the Multiverse, and extra-turn spells like Nexus of Fate and Beacon of Tomorrows. Once a decisive cheat target resolves, the deck chains extra turns and extra combat phases, steals opposing boards with Blatant Thievery, and eliminates all three opponents through overwhelming card advantage and combat damage.
