Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger combo deck led by Prismari, the Inspiration. The commander grants storm to all instant and sorcery spells you cast, turning modest cantrips and rituals into overwhelming copy cascades. The early game focuses on deploying efficient mana rocks, rituals, and card selection before resolving key engine creatures like Hellkite Courser, Birgi, God of Storytelling, Storm-Kiln Artist, or Archmage Emeritus. Once an engine is established, the deck executes a decisive storm turn on Turn 5, generating massive mana and card advantage in a single burst. Free and low-cost interaction like Deflecting Swat, Force of Will, and Pact of Negation protects the combo window from opposing disruption. The deck wins on the same turn without passing priority cycles, burning the table out with Vivi Ornitier Magecraft damage or drawing the entire library to win with Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
