Ureni by johncafe1991

Format: Commander

Commander: Ureni, the Song Unending

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ureni, the Song Unending is a landfall-control Commander who doubles as a finisher: the more lands you control, the more damage it deals when it enters, and it can be flickered repeatedly to clear boards. The deck's primary plan is to ramp heavily and use landfall payoffs (Dragonback Assault, Omnath, Tatyova) to draw cards and create tokens. A secondary plan is Moraug extra-combat plus Through the Forest Gate to turn one mass land drop into many combat phases. Ureni's evasion and protection from white/black make it the main damage source. No hidden Commander or second face exists; both potential roles are just Ureni.
