Deck overview

This Mardu deck harnesses Zurgo Stormrender to run a relentless aggro-aristocrats engine. By attacking with Mobilize creatures and token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Hero of Bladehold, it floods the board with attacking tokens. When these tokens die during combat, Zurgo refills the hand with fresh cards. When surviving tokens expire at the end step or get sacrificed to outlets like Goblin Bombardment and Warren Soultrader, they drain each opponent. Amplifiers like Impact Tremors, Warleader's Call, and Mirkwood Bats turn every token into direct life loss, while Akroma's Will provides an evasive, lethal finish. The deck maintains high consistency through deep functional redundancy across token producers and burn payoffs.
