This is a Naya lands/artifact hybrid that treats every nontoken artifact as an additional land under Toph. The primary plan is to deploy Toph early, play cheap artifacts to trigger landfall, and turn lands into hasty creatures with earthbend, stacking +1/+1 counters via Toph, Earthbending Master, Bumi, Eclectic Earthbender, and counter-doubling permanents. Secondary paths include Field of the Dead/Scute Swarm token swarms, Inkmoth Nexus poison, and a true combo finish with Bumi, Unleashed made into a land via Liquimetal effects or Ashaya, generating repeated combat phases. Toph, Earthbending Master in the 99 functions as a hidden second commander that scales the earthbend count from experience counters while Roaming Throne and Annie Joins Up double all the critical triggers.
