Big Game Hunting by ApprenticeLarge

Format: Commander

Commander: Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt is a double-striking mutate Voltron commander. The deck accelerates it out early with rocks, then stacks cheap mutate creatures on top for removal, lifelink, flying, and token generation while keeping double strike. Power-increasing equipment makes each unblocked attack a two-turn commander damage kill, and Quietus Spike accelerates life loss so opponents die in two hits even when commander damage is not enough. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar spreads incidental damage to the other two opponents, while a large removal and protection package keeps the path clear. There is no hidden commander; Falthis and Kediss are support pieces, not a second command zone.
