Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact combo and storm engine commanded by Emry, Lurker of the Loch. The primary strategy accelerates into play using cheap artifacts and artifact lands to discount Emry via affinity on turn 2. Once active, Emry mills key pieces and establishes infinite loops with untap enablers such as Mirran Spy, Chakram Retriever, or Freed from the Real combined with Lotus Petal or zero-mana artifacts. These loops generate infinite colored mana, infinite storm count, or total self-mill. The deck converts infinite resources into an immediate table kill using Brain Freeze to mill all opponents or Aetherflux Reservoir to deal 50 damage to each player. Backup lines leverage Hullbreaker Horror bounces or Krark-Clan Ironworks loops. The list features strong internal synergy and explosive combo turns, though its non-artifact untappers create an access bottleneck and its combo pieces remain exposed to creature removal and graveyard interaction.
