Deck overview

This Boros deck is an aggressive token and artifact deck commanded by Sentinel Sarah Lyons. It builds an early board using low-cost creatures, artifact lands, and token generators such as Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Captain Lannery Storm, and Loyal Apprentice. Casting the commander on turn 4 immediately triggers a team-wide +2/+2 power buff whenever an artifact enters, while her Battalion ability converts artifact density into direct burn damage against the leading opponent. The deck compounds this damage through extra combat spells like Full Throttle and Great Train Heist, explosive token engines like Horn of Gondor and Winota, Joiner of Forces, and heavy damage multipliers such as Fiery Emancipation. High-quality defensive spells including Clever Concealment, Flawless Maneuver, and Dawn's Truce safeguard the wide board against sweepers, allowing the deck to close out games across all three opponents by turn 6.
