This Queen Marchesa deck plays a classic Mardu Aikido and Monarch Pillowfort control strategy. It aims to establish early monarch status and assemble layered defensive barriers to deter attacks, redirect aggression, and force opponents into lethal combat with one another. The deck uses taxing enchantments like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety alongside rattlesnakes like No Mercy and Brash Taunter to make attacking the pilot unprofitable.
