Deck overview

This is a Golgari Pest-tribal life-gain deck helmed by Blech, Loafing Pest, whose trigger converts every life-gain event into +1/+1 counters across the deck's Pests, Bats, Insects, Snakes, and Spiders. The deck wins through incremental drain and combat: South Wind Avatar, Mirkwood Bats, The Meathook Massacre, and Vengeful Bloodwitch turn the deck's constant life gain and token churn into table-wide damage, while Preposterous Proportions and planeswalker emblems from Professor Dellian Fel and Vraska, Golgari Queen close out games. A deep recursion package - Broodheart Engine, Cauldron of Essence, Deadbridge Chant, and Moseo, Vein's New Dean - grinds value and rebuilds after wipes. This is a resilient midrange value engine that wins through inevitability rather than speed or combo.
