Thorin Oakenshield by chickenpie393

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin Oakenshield

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thorin Oakenshield anchors a Boros equipment-voltron deck with a Dwarf-tribal backup. His role is the primary carrier: with Storied active he grants ward {1} to all artifacts and creatures, and trample helps small Equipment connect. The main plan is to free-equip via Bruenor Battlehammer and Kili the Resourceful, then one-shot with Colossus Hammer, Blackblade Reforged, or All That Glitters. Secondary paths are wide Dwarf tokens from Fili and The Lonely Mountain, plus an extra-combat finish with Aurelia or Goldlust Triad. No hidden commander exists; Bruenor is a powerful lieutenant, but the deck is built around Thorin as its engine and finisher.
