Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elfball deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking that blends classic go-wide Elf tribal with a graveyard-activated-ability engine. Thranduil steals every activated ability from Elf cards in your graveyard while looting whenever another legendary Elf enters, turning the bin into a toolbox of mana sinks, drains, and utility. The deck ramps through dense Elf dorks (Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Circle of Dreams Druid, Marwyn, the Nurturer), floods the board with tokens, and finishes via Lathril, Blade of the Elves's tap drain, combat under lords, or an infinite-token loop with Presence of Gond and Intruder Alarm. Buried Alive stocks the yard for both Thranduil's ability theft and reanimation via Harald Unites the Elves. Secondary reach comes from Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord drains and Elderfang Venom. The plan is midrange-combo Elf tribal: ramp, fill the yard, draw off legendaries, then explode.
