Deck overview

The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai deck that synergizes milling, rad counters, and +1/+1 counter distribution into a lethal engine. The commander distributes rad counters whenever it enters or attacks, forcing opponents to mill cards on their upkeeps and placing +1/+1 counters onto your creatures whenever nonland cards hit graveyards. You win primarily by flying over opponents with a massive commander and large mutant beaters, or by taking infinite extra turns with Sage of Hours. Alternatively, the deck can assemble the classic Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank combo to drain all opposing life totals in an inescapable loop.
