Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-proliferate deck. The primary plan is to cast Kilo early, then assemble a repeatable tap/untap engine: Paradise Mantle or Relic of Legends lets Kilo tap for mana, while Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real untaps it, generating unlimited proliferate triggers. Those triggers are converted into a kill through poison counters from Prologue to Phyresis, damage from All Will Be One, Darksteel Reactor's charge counters, or Walking Ballista. Planeswalkers such as Tezzeret the Seeker and Karn provide card advantage and artifact tutoring; Saheeli, the Gifted is a support value piece rather than a hidden commander. The deck is fast but fragile, with most nonland cards artifact-typed and limited interaction.
