Deck overview

This is a Rakdos combo/value deck helmed by Kefka, Dancing Mad, a 6-drop that provides a powerful end-step engine: it exiles a random card from each opponent's graveyard, then lets you cast those spells for free, dealing damage equal to their mana value to their owners. The primary plan is to deploy Kefka early using a dense suite of rituals and fast mana, then fill opponents' graveyards with wheels (Wheel of Fortune, Wheel of Misfortune) to fuel the commander's trigger. When the exiled cards are high-CMC spells, the life loss can eliminate the table in a single end step. The deck also contains a robust backup combo line using Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + a wheel to generate infinite mana and storm, and it can win through Ad Nauseam or Peer into the Abyss into a payoff. A heavy tutor package (eight premium tutors) and exceptional draw engines ensure the deck finds its key pieces every game.
