Deck overview

This Gruul artifact deck centers on Aerid Konstrari, using early mana dorks, equipment, and utility artifacts to build a wide board of artifact permanents. The commander provides ramp upon entering or dying by creating Heartwood tokens. Once established, the deck pivots into an aggressive Voltron and token beatdown strategy, utilizing Aerid Konstrari's {6} activation to buff its power based on the total artifact count. Supporting cards like Suspicious Bookcase, Key to the Side-Door, and Glacier Godmaw grant evasion and trample to push lethal commander damage past blockers. Backup lines rely on token generation from Eusocial Engineering and Second Harvest to build a wide stompy board. The deck excels at mana acceleration and commander recovery due to innate token creation, but suffers from low card advantage, lack of protective spells, and vulnerability to creature removal across multi-turn combat clocks.
