Deck overview

Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin leads a fast Rakdos pinger deck. Every instance of exactly 1 life loss from pingers, draw-drain enchantments, or mass one-damage spells makes Ob bigger and exiles the top card for later casts. The deck uses cheap creatures and enchantments such as Firebrand Archer and Underworld Dreams alongside Wheel of Fortune and Bolas's Citadel to turn a long chain of one-damage triggers into a storm count and lethal drain. Direct damage, commander damage, and an occasional storm Grapeshot all serve as finishers. The build is low, fast, and interaction-heavy, but depends on keeping Ob alive to sustain its card advantage.
