Commander: Ratonhnhaké꞉ton

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ratonhnhake ton is a recursive equipment-voltron commander: he attacks unblocked early, and every combat trigger replays an Equipment onto a growing squad of menace Assassin tokens. The primary plan is to put Colossus Hammer on Raton and win with two unblockable 13-power hits, accelerated by free-equip engines-Kili, Forge Anew, and Puresteel Paladin-and by Equipment tutors such as Steelshaper's Gift, Open the Armory, and Stonehewer Giant. Arna Kennerud acts as the hidden commander, copying Equipment when she attacks, while Ramses, Assassin Lord turns the token army into a backup win. Counterspells, targeted exile, and a handful of instant-speed protection spells keep Raton or Arna alive through the setup turns.
