This Izzet deck helmed by Bria, Riptide Rogue is a prowess focused aggro strategy that aims to overwhelm opponents with a wide board of pumped, unblockable creatures. The commander grants prowess to all other creatures and makes a target creature unblockable each time you cast a noncreature spell. The deck floods the board with cheap prowess creatures (e.g., Stormcatch Mentor, Veyran, Voice of Duality, Adeliz, the Cinder Wind), then chains together low cost instants and sorceries to trigger multiple prowess boosts and extra combat phases via Aggravated Assault, Port Razer, and similar effects. The primary win condition is combat damage accelerated by extra combats, often amplified by damage doublers like Gratuitous Violence and Isengard Unleashed. Burn from Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch and Boltwave serves as a secondary reach.
