Deck overview

This is a tightly tuned Zombie tribal combo deck helmed by Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver. The primary game plan leverages the tribe's natural synergy with death triggers and sacrifice outlets to generate value and assemble one of several infinite combos. Wilhelt provides a steady stream of decayed Zombie tokens and a repeatable end-step draw engine, fueling the graveyard-centric strategy. The deck wins primarily through infinite death loops (Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar/Ashnod's Altar + a drain piece like Blood Artist), the Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Putrid Goblin + sacrifice outlet loop, or Acererak the Archlich + Rooftop Storm for infinite dungeon ventures. Secondary paths include combat via Necroduality-amplified tokens or a massive Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The deck is packed with premium tutors, redundant draw engines, and a robust recursion suite, making it highly consistent and resilient.
