DWARVES by Strawhattater

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Dwarf-tribal deck that turns every Dwarf ETB into a Treasure and every artifact token into a global +1/+0 anthem. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap Dwarves, convert their taps and ETBs into Treasures, then win through a massive combat step powered by double strike and equipment. Secondary paths are Magda, Brazen Outlaw tutoring Ancient Copper Dragon or Goldspan Dragon, and a voltron line using Bruenor Battlehammer and Colossus Hammer. Magda is the hidden commander: she generates Treasures from tapped Dwarves and finds the deck's best finishers. There is no double-faced commander; the deck is built around Thorin's token-anthem engine.
