Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats Combo build commanded by Athreos, God of Passage. The list blends a 16-card Shadowborn Apostle package with multiple infinite combo finishes. Its primary route to victory utilizes Leonin Relic-Warder alongside reanimation Auras like Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, or Necromancy, combined with drain payoffs such as Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Bastion of Remembrance to drain the entire table in a single turn. Backup win conditions include the Exquisite Blood and Vizkopa Guildmage life-drain loop, as well as an infinite toughness line using Nomads en-Kor and Task Force to gain millions of life with Worthy Cause and fire Aetherflux Reservoir. Because the list runs thin acceleration and splits focus across several combo packages, it plays as a mid-speed casual combo deck that relies on steady land drops before assembling a decisive Turn 6 win.
