Dragons Treasure Hoard by SuperAssBeater

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a high-powered Rakdos treasure-storm combo deck helmed by Smaug, Wicked Worm. Smaug enters, floods the board with tapped Treasures equal to opponents' artifacts, then turns every subsequent Treasure-funded spell into a cantrip (draw a card, lose 1 life). The 99 is a dense fast-mana and ritual package that converts those Treasures into storm count, recursive engines, and multiple compact win lines. Primary wins route through Underworld Breach loops, Dualcaster Mage copy lines, Magda, Brazen Outlaw battlefield tutors, Aetherflux Reservoir storm, and Bolas's Citadel life-payment chains. Secondary pressure comes from combat Treasures (Goldspan Dragon, Knuckles the Echidna, Grim Hireling) and drain via Mayhem Devil. The deck plays like a cEDH-adjacent storm deck that uses Smaug as a command-zone draw engine rather than a mandatory combo piece.
