Deck overview

This Orzhov aristocrats deck is commanded by Ratadrabik of Urborg, using life drain and creature sacrifice to whittle down opponents. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap legendary creatures, clerics, and zombies, then extracting value when they die. Ratadrabik creates non-legendary zombie token duplicates of dying legends, allowing you to double up on death triggers and powerful static effects. You can win through incremental life drain with Blood Artist, Elas il-Kor, and Corpse Knight, or assemble instant-kill infinite loops using Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose paired with Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror.
