Deck overview

An Esper control deck built around Dromar, the Banisher as a repeatable one-sided board wipe. Color-changing permanents (Blind Seer, Shifting Sky, Tidal Visionary) let Dromar's combat trigger return every creature of a chosen color, while bounce spells and discard feed Warped Devotion, Megrim, and Liliana's Caress. The deck stalls with Ghostly Prison, evasion, and instant-speed interaction, then closes with Commander damage or hand-size drain from Iron Maiden, Viseling, and Misers' Cage. It is a slow, synergistic control pile: the median game is long, but the engine can snowball once Dromar plus a payoff sticks.
