Whtz, the Bibliophile transforms an oversized Azorius deck into a card-drawing engine: with 200+ starting cards, her activated ability costs {0}, allowing repeated one-card draws and life gain. The primary plan is to churn through the library via Whtz, cycling synergies (Fluctuator, New Perspectives), and draw spells, then assemble Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal with mana rocks for infinite mana and untaps. That engine draws the entire deck and finishes with Blue Sun's Zenith or Triskaidekaphile. Secondary paths include Astral Slide/Drift flicker and Drake Haven/Shark Typhoon token beats. The large card pool provides redundancy, while the commander acts as the central enabler.
