Deck overview

Millicent, Restless Revenant leads an Azorius Spirit tribal deck built around aggressive evasive swarming, resilient protection, and tempo disruption. The deck uses low-mana Spirits to accelerate Millicent onto the battlefield via affinity as early as Turn 4. Once operational, combat damage and creature trades generate an army of flying 1/1 Spirit tokens. The deck converts this wide evasive board into lethal damage through tribal lords like Drogskol Captain and Supreme Phantom, or overrun finishers like Mirror Entity and Moonshaker Cavalry. Protection spells like Selfless Spirit and Guardian of Faith shield the board against sweepers, while cheap countermagic and spot removal keep opponents off balance.
