Deck overview

This Sultai Commander deck pairs classic Elfball mana acceleration with a graveyard-based combo finish led by Thranduil, the Elvenking. Early turns focus on establishing efficient mana dorks like Llanowar Elves, Priest of Titania, and Bloom Tender to deploy Thranduil ahead of curve on turn 3. The deck then uses creature tutors such as Buried Alive and Jarad's Orders to place Devoted Druid, Bloom Tender, and Ezuri, Renegade Leader into the graveyard. Thranduil inherits these activated abilities, allowing you to generate infinite mana and pump your team infinitely for a decisive lethal combat swing on turn 5. If Thranduil is disrupted, the deck pivots naturally into a traditional Elf swarm strategy, leveraging Circle of Dreams Druid, Marwyn, the Nurturer, and Finale of Devastation to close out games.
