Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Goblin/Orc/Army sacrifice deck built around The Great Goblin. The commander converts every counter placed on a Goblin, Orc, or Army into 2 damage and turns every one of those deaths into an impulse card. The 99 feeds both triggers: a thick amass package and lords such as Mauhur, Uruk-hai Captain pile on counters, while persist creatures, token makers, and sacrifice outlets keep bodies dying. Primary wins are persist loops - Putrid Goblin or Murderous Redcap with Metallic Mimic or First Day of Class - that go infinite through Goblin Bombardment, Sling-Gang Lieutenant, Pashalik Mons, or the commander himself. Secondary paths are a Krenko, Mob Boss swarm drained through Boggart Cursecrafter and Boggart Mischief, plus a fat Army finished by Assault on Osgiliath. The Great Goblin is a cheap recastable engine, not a hard lock; the 99 still combos and attacks if he is answered.
