Deck overview

This Omnath, Locus of Creation deck executes a classic four-color landfall midrange strategy. The primary plan accelerates mana during the first three turns using efficient land-searching spells. On Turn 4, the deck deploys Omnath to draw a card, gain life, and generate explosive bursts of mana from landfall triggers. On Turn 5, this mana funds high-impact token generators such as Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, and Felidar Retreat. The resulting token army rapidly expands with subsequent land drops, applying massive pressure across the table. Trample enablers like Garruk's Uprising ensure that combat damage connects cleanly, eliminating all opponents over two combat steps by Turn 7. While the deck boasts high redundancy and potent mana velocity, its reliance on combat damage leaves it vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers, and its interaction suite competes directly with mana development.
