Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Green Voltron strategy commanded by Wilson, Refined Grizzly with the Background Raised by Giants. The game plan revolves around casting Wilson early for two mana, ramping efficiently into six mana, and resolving Raised by Giants to turn Wilson into a massive 10/10 creature with native reach, vigilance, trample, and Ward {2}. Because both the threat and its primary stat buff reside in the command zone, the deck executes its baseline setup with exceptional consistency. Wilson's vigilance allows him to apply heavy commander damage pressure while remaining untapped to block opposing attackers. Supporting cards include efficient pump spells, power-scaling auras like Blanchwood Armor, fight-based creature removal, and a dense suite of one-mana protection spells such as Tyvar's Stand and Gaea's Gift. Card draw engines trigger from high creature power, refilling the hand as Wilson attacks each opponent in sequence.
