Commander: Oloro, Ageless Ascetic

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Esper lifegain deck turns passive life accumulation into card advantage, board presence, and sudden victories. Commanded by Oloro, Ageless Ascetic, the deck generates life triggers every turn from the command zone without needing to be cast. Early turns establish life-scaling threats such as Karlov of the Ghost Council and Voice of the Blessed or resource engines like Well of Lost Dreams and Dawn of Hope. As your life total climbs well above starting totals, the deck transitions into lethal payoffs. You close games via alternate win conditions like Felidar Sovereign and Aetherflux Reservoir, mass pump from Archangel of Thune, or lethal life-loss triggers from Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Sanguine Bond.
