Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Shroud of Dusk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Liesa, Shroud of Dusk is the face commander, and the deck is built around her spell-tax and lifelink clock, but it is not a one-card commander deck. The primary plan is to gain life through Clerics, Angels, and token generators, then convert that life into drains with Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, Vito, or the infinite Exquisite Blood loop. A secondary plan is wide Angel tokens plus anthems from Righteous Valkyrie, Lyra, and Archangel of Thune. Liesa doubles as a flying finisher and a source of forced life loss that can start the combo. There is no hidden commander; both of Liesa's roles are supported by the 99.
