Kastral leads a Bird tribal combat deck that wins by swarming with evasive Birds and turning combat damage into cards, mana advantage, and board growth. The core engine is 25 copies of Tempest Hawk, which chain together on each hit to fill your hand and board, while Kastral converts every combat hit into draw, +1/+1 counters, or free Birds from hand or graveyard. Draw enchantments like Bident of Thassa and Coastal Piracy keep you fueled, cost reducers and anthems scale the flock, and Magus of the Moat can lock ground attackers out while your fliers close the game over several attacks.
