Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers around The Great Goblin, turning counter placement on Goblins, Orcs, and Armies into direct damage while converting creature deaths into impulse card advantage. The deck ramps efficiently in the opening turns to deploy its commander and assemble synergistic token generators such as March from the Black Gate, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Krenko, Mob Boss. By sacrificing expendable creatures to outlets like Goblin Bombardment and Skirk Prospector, the pilot grows Uglúk of the White Hand and triggers a flurry of burn pings. Tutors like Goblin Recruiter ensure access to key tribal pieces, while protection cards like Goblin Chirurgeon and Hexing Squelcher keep the board resilient. The endgame finishes the table on turn 7 either through a massive double-striking attack via Assault on Osgiliath or through non-combat burn loops.
