Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Elemental tribal midrange engine led by Ashling, the Limitless. Ashling grants all Elemental permanent spells in hand an evoke cost of {4}, then creates a hasty token copy whenever a nontoken Elemental is sacrificed. This allows the deck to cheat mana costs on massive 6- to 8-drop threats like Titan of Industry, Avenger of Zendikar, and Maelstrom Wanderer. By paying just four mana, you obtain two sets of enter-the-battlefield triggers and a hasty attacker. Card flow is powered by Risen Reef, Shinestriker, and Garruk's Uprising, while removal is integrated into cheap evoke creatures like Shriekmaw and Foundation Breaker. The deck closes games through explosive wide attacks, overrun effects from Jubilation, and non-combat burn from Champion of the Path and Omnath, Locus of Rage.
