Deck overview

This is a general-power Bria, Riptide Rogue prowess deck. It develops cheap Otters, Wizards, and other creatures, then uses a high density of instants and sorceries to trigger prowess, grant unblockability, and create temporary attackers. Stormcatch Mentor and Ruby Medallion improve spell efficiency, while Stormsplitter, Valley Floodcaller, Coruscation Mage, and Harnesser of Storms turn a spell sequence into a larger board or more damage. The deck has respectable card selection and a useful interaction package, but it does not have a deterministic win. Its normal game involves assembling Bria, Riptide Rogue and a support creature around turn 5, then creating a must-answer combat board around turn 7. The main limitations are inconsistent access to the exact creature package, vulnerability to removal and sweepers, and the lack of a reliable route from one strong attack to eliminating all three opponents. It is best positioned as a proactive tempo deck that wins through repeated combat pressure rather than as a storm-combo or control deck.
