Kami Draw Deck by jaredd1212

Format: Commander

Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kami of the Crescent Moon builds a group-draw control shell whose primary win is milling or decking all opponents. The commander is an early extra-draw engine, but redundant group draw pieces (Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix, Well of Ideas) keep the plan running if Kami is removed. Consecrated Sphinx converts each opponent's forced draw into multiple draws of your own, fueling Psychic Corrosion, Teferi's Tutelage, and The Water Crystal's mill amplification. Secondary paths use Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries to win by self-draw, plus Folio of Fancies and The Water Crystal as active mill outlets. The deck buys time with Propaganda, Crawlspace, Silent Arbiter, and bounce-based interaction.
