Hashaton, Scarab's Fist leads an Esper discard-matters reanimator deck that turns every draw-and-discard effect and loot into 4/4 Zombie copies of the best creatures. Hashaton's ability discounts the mana cost of the copied creature to just {2}{U} at instant speed, letting you cheat out high-value threats like Nezahal, Valgavoth, or Syr Konrad. The graveyard is a second hand, with reanimation spells and recursion loops to keep pressure on. A backup token-and-drain package (Dying to Serve, Monument to Endurance, Mirkwood Bats) and a strong interaction suite round out the plan. The deck is built to use both faces of the commander: the front face's discard ability and the back face not applicable (Hashaton is single-faced).
