Deck overview

This deck is a five-color legendary toolbox strategy led by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan focuses on fixing all five colors of mana during the early turns using mana dorks, land ramp, and artifacts like Bloom Tender and Relic of Legends. Once Sisay is active, her repeatable ability tutors legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. The deck protects its combo turn by tutoring Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar or Jennifer Walters, preventing opponents from casting spells. It then assembles an infinite mana engine with Emiel the Blessed, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and a five-mana producer, allowing Sisay to put every legendary permanent in the deck onto the battlefield. A tutored Venser, Shaper Savant blinks repeatedly to bounce all opposing permanents back to hand, resulting in a total table lockout. Outside the combo, the deck functions as a resilient midrange deck that pumps legendary creatures with Heroes' Podium and Day of Destiny.
