Deck overview

This deck is a high-power 5-color Dragon Tribal strategy commanded by The Ur-Dragon. The game plan leverages the commander's Eminence ability to reduce the cost of all Dragon spells right from the start of the game, bypassing standard high-mana tribal bottlenecks. A dense package of green-based ramp and low-cost mana dorks accelerates your mana curve, enabling Turn 4 deployments of powerhouse engines like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm or Hellkite Courser. Once the engine is online, the deck chains massive card advantage through ETB draw enchantments and combat triggers, flooding the battlefield with flying threats with haste. The deck wins by overwhelming life totals through aerial combat and direct damage triggers from Terror of the Peaks, or by executing an infinite combat combo using Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw. Flexible removal and protection spells keep the board resilient against interaction.
