A Leap in Frogress by user1027242

Format: Commander

Commander: Berta, Wise Extrapolator

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Berta, Wise Extrapolator leads a Simic counters deck that turns +1/+1 counters into mana, cards, and eventually lethal poison or trampling beaters. The primary plan is to cast cheap spells to trigger Increment, grow Berta, and use her mana to make Fractal tokens; proliferate effects then supercharge every counter on the board. Ezuri, Tainted Observer, and Terrasymbiosis convert proliferation into card draw and poison. Finishers are either a wide team of huge, trampling creatures under Garruk's Uprising or Germination Practicum, or 10 poison counters on all three opponents. The commander accelerates the plan but is not the only engine.
