Deck overview

This Mardu deck is commanded by Neriv, Heart of the Storm, capitalizing on doubled burst damage whenever newly entered creatures deal damage. The construction weaves together aggressive creature cheat engines like Kaalia of the Vast and Mardu Siegebreaker with a deterministic infinite combo in Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Restoration Angel. The deck accelerates its development using two-mana mana rocks, smooths land drops through efficient draw spells, and deploys lethal flying beaters. Tutors like Imperial Recruiter and War of the Last Alliance assemble critical threats while targeted removal spells protect the board state. When the infinite combo is unavailable, the deck pivots into overwhelming combat steps powered by Twinflame Tyrant, Aurelia, the Warleader, and Terror of the Peaks, delivering massive aerial damage across the entire table.
