Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Human tribal combat deck led by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. Its primary strategy focuses on assembling a wide board of Human creatures to trigger Éowyn's combat ability, generating two 2/2 trample and haste Human Knight tokens every turn while drawing extra cards. The deck uses the Monarch mechanic via cards like Aragorn, King of Gondor and Palace Jailer to maintain steady card advantage and break stalemates. Mass token spells such as Increasing Devotion and Forth Eorlingas! quickly rebuild presence after disruption. Lethal finishes are achieved on turns 7 to 9 through overwhelming combat multipliers like Shared Animosity, Erkenbrand, Lord of Westfold, Beregond of the Guard, or unblockable team attacks enabled by Aragorn. While the deck possesses strong creature removal and resilient recovery, it relies entirely on combat damage and lacks instant stack interaction against noncreature strategies.
