Deck overview

This deck is a tightly constructed Jeskai spellslinger tempo/control build helmed by Hinata, Dawn-Crowned. The core game plan leverages Hinata's cost-reduction ability-each target reduces the cost of your spells by {1}-to make X-target instants and sorceries explosively efficient. The deck is packed with token generators like Young Pyromancer, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Monastery Mentor that turn every cantrip and removal spell into a growing board presence. Win conditions are twofold: either bury opponents under direct damage from X-spells (Crackle with Power, Comet Storm, Jaya's Immolating Inferno) or overrun with tokens after deploying a critical mass of spells. The deck also runs a strong interaction suite of counterspells, protection, and mass flicker to protect its board and control the stack.
