Deck overview

This is an Elf/Faerie tribal tempo-engine deck built to exploit Maralen, Fae Ascendant's cast-from-exile ability. Every Elf or Faerie entering the battlefield exiles the top two cards of a target opponent's library, and the deck gets one free spell per turn with mana value at or below its Elf/Faerie count. The 99 is a redundancy machine for that count: nine mana dorks, a deep token factory (Bitterblossom, Imperious Perfect, Doubling Season, Elvish Promenade), and a flash shell (Leyline of Anticipation, Vedalken Orrery, Alchemist's Refuge, High Fae Trickster) that re-triggers Maralen on every opponent's turn. Wins come from an overwhelming flying/swarm assault, a prowled Notorious Throng extra turn, Lathril, Blade of the Elves' 10-Elf life-drain, or the Staff of Domination + big-mana-Elf infinite line finishing through Omniscience. It is a midrange value deck that out-tempoes the table with free spells, fateseals, and tribal inevitability.
