Deck overview

This Esper control deck uses Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign to cheat massive odd-cost spells directly onto the battlefield. The early game focuses on deploying two-mana ramp, fixing mana across white, blue, and black, and setting up the top of the library with cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Brainstorm. Once Yennett lands on Turn 4, it attacks on Turn 5 to cast devastating spells such as Void Winnower, Portal to Phyrexia, Breach the Multiverse, or Expropriate for free. Supporting pieces like Teferi, Time Raveler and Grand Abolisher silence opponent interaction, while Toxrill, the Corrosive and Void Winnower establish oppressive asymmetric board locks.
