Deck overview

This Mardu deck leverages Neriv, Heart of the Storm to turn Enter-The-Battlefield (ETB) noncombat damage into lethal bursts. By combining creatures that deal direct damage upon entering the battlefield with repeatable blink, flicker, and token-copying engines, the deck doubles all damage dealt by creatures that entered that turn. Supported by efficient mana acceleration and universal tutors, the deck deploys Neriv early and establishes engines like Teleportation Circle or The Jolly Balloon Man. Payoffs such as Fanatic of Mogis, Inferno Titan, and Red Dragon deal massive chunks of damage to every opponent simultaneously. Defensive tools like Grand Abolisher and Silence ensure safe execution during critical turns, while cards like Kardur, Doomscourge keep opposing attackers at bay until burn damage closes the game.
