This is a mono-blue artifact combo/control deck helmed by Urza, Lord High Artificer. The primary strategy revolves around generating immense mana and card advantage through artifacts, using Urza s ability to tap artifacts for blue mana and his second ability to exile and cast spells for free. The deck wins via multiple combo lines: self-mill with Thought Lash + Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries; infinite mana via Intruder Alarm + Myr Galvanizer + Myr Turbine leading to Urza s library-exile win; or a massive Enter the Infinite into Omniscience.
