Deck overview

This colorless deck harnesses the destructive power of Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought, turning high-power, low-cost artifact creatures into immediate charge counters. By leveraging undercosted powerhouses like Phyrexian Dreadnought, Bygone Colossus, Metalwork Colossus, and Traxos, Scourge of Kroog, the deck quickly stations Dawnsire to 10+ and 20+ counters by Turn 4. At 10+ counters, Dawnsire fires a 100-damage artillery blast on attack, which can remove critical threats or instantly eliminate an opponent when directed at Stuffy Doll. At 20+ counters, Dawnsire transforms into a 20/20 flying juggernaut capable of one-shotting opponents through commander damage when equipped with Commander's Plate. Dense mana rock acceleration and asymmetric stax pieces such as Winter Orb, Static Orb, and Trinisphere slow opponents down, while one-sided sweepers like All Is Dust clear colored blockers. The list also packs an infinite mana combo using Basalt Monolith and Forsaken Monument for alternate closing power.
